The Process of Foiling
We utilize two types of machines for foil blocking: a Bobst BMA stamper and a Steuer Foil-Jet Rotary stamper.
The Bobst BMA is our heavy-duty option – excellent for sturdier papers and even heavy boards, while still producing fine details and crisp embosses.
For lighter-weight papers and boards, the Steuer Foil-Jet is our number one choice, with speeds of up to 2,000 sheets an hour and stunning foiling capabilities.
